An artist interested in the Egyptian environment and the aesthetics in it. He seeks to bridge the distance between plastic art and the recipient of different audiences.
The artist Wajih Yassa says about him: “The most beautiful thing that distinguishes the artist is that he has this sincere hunger to make honest art. He is the champion of spontaneous performance and daring treatment with space and color, the owner of the wonderful Tanoura paintings, the owner of popular alleys and an unmistakable perspective.
He holds a doctorate in fine arts, specializing in decoration, 2001, and holds a professorship since 2013. He is a university professor at the Faculty of Fine Arts - Helwan University. He has a set of many plastic exhibitions locally and internationally, which deal with the Egyptian environment. And he made an exhibition, which is the first experience that presents the events of the Prophet’s biography in a huge panoramic plastic work, as an attempt to highlight the human aspect and coexistence through the biography of Ashraf Al-Khalq, entitled: “A plastic vision of the Prophet’s biography.”
He has also received many important local and international awards in the field of art and design, and has murals and artworks at the New Cairo Airport and collections in the Museum of Modern Art and Egypt's embassies abroad. He also held many private and group exhibitions and multiple local and international workshops
